PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intuitively perform decision and also to display without changing the original drawing by providing a basic configuration in which an output device has a display function with an identifying mean for symbol graphic information and free graphic information, a symbol connection relation identifying means and a means which identifies character information. SOLUTION: Processing that reads the kind of a display type and its number as an instruction from an operator is performed (S201) and display control information is produced only from the type and number of the display type. Next, part types, part numbers, entrance/exit second and connection numbers are read and set from a storage area of a CAD system by a part which produces the basic part of the display control information in each display control information in accordance with connection orders and OFF is set as default value to the part of a display flag that sets ON or OFF (S202). Next, the item of the display flag is completed one line of the display control information after another in every display control information (S203). And, ON and OFF are read one line by one in every control information and a diagram in every display type is outputted (8204).
