PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airport user guide system for guiding a route and required time to a destination corresponding to the using purpose and the time table of using public transport to the user (arriving customer and departing customer) of an airplane and the user for meeting the arriving customer. SOLUTION: This system is constituted of a data server device 100 operated by program control and user terminal equipments 200, 300 and 400 composed of a computer, a display/operation device and a printer operated by the program control and is connected with an airport FIS(flight information system) by a network. The data server device 100 is provided with a means for receiving flight information from the FIS, holding the flight information and retrieving the flight information by a request from the user terminal equipment. The user terminal equipments 200, 300 and 400 are installed inside an airport, a city terminal and a parking lot, etc., and are connected to the data server device 100 through the network or by radio communication. |
