PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a signal lamp which has a light emission diode(LED) as a light source for visual inspection and lighting. SOLUTION: Multiple LEDs are soldered on a printed circuit board 3. A convex lens 1 is placed in front of some of LEDs 5 and 6, and each optical axis of the LEDs 5 and 6 is made to agree with the optical axis of the convex lens 1. A transparent flat panel 2 is placed in front of other LEDs 4 and 7. The convex lens 1 is integrated into the plastic transparent flat panel 2. Rays of light emitted from the LEDs 5 and 6 are condensed by making rays from the convex lens 1 parallel, and an object placed in front of the LEDs 5 and 6 is brightly lit up. In other words, if the rays of light emitted from the LEDs 5 and 6 are condensed, spotlighting of the object is enabled and a light function is implemented. Due to implementation of the lighting function, this signal lamp is also used as a working lamp and an inspection lamp. |
