PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the dangerous image of an ultraviolet lamp attributable to the presentation of blue purple lamp color, and to enhance the comfortability in use, in a deodorizing device in which offensive smell components are resolved by irradiating ultraviolet rays onto a photocatalyst. SOLUTION: A translucent color sheet 16 colored in a color other than blue purple for absorbing the blue purple light is wound around the light-emitting part 14a of an ultraviolet lamp 14. The radiation light from the ultraviolet lamp 14 is weakened when it transmits through the color sheet 16 because the blue purple lights are absorbed. As a result, the color of the radiation light after transmission of the color sheet 16 is changed from blue purple colors to the color of light in a longer wavelength region, or the light-emitting condition in a visible-ray region perceived by a resident is not caused, so that the dangerous image from the usual blue purple lamp color can be restrained for enhancing the comfortability in use. |
