PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance stability to light-fastness or preservation durability by forming a recording layer containing a coloring matter compound expressed by a specific formula. SOLUTION: A coloring matter compound is made into a recording layer containing an oxonol compound expressed by a specific formula (in the formula, R1, R2 show a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, an aralkyl group or heterocyclic group respectively independently, L1, L2, and L3 show a methine group which may respectively independently have a substituent, (m) shows 0, 1 or 2, Xk+ show cation, and K shows an integer of 1-10). The recording medium has extremely high reflectivity, and is an information recording medium (optical disk) excellent in its record-replaying property, and also enhanced in light fasteness. Since the information recording medium is high in its reflectivity by about 70%, when being manufactured as, e.g. an optical disk of a CD-R type, it can be replayed by a marketing CD player. Accordingly, this can be formed into an optical disk having high reflectance and excellent light fastness. |
