PRODUCTION OF BRANCH PIPE LINING MATERIAL AND BRANCH PIPE LINING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a branch pipe lining material capable of being certainly reversed to be inserted into a branch pipe by a pressure fluid in the lining of the branch pipe. SOLUTION: A plastic film 2 high in airtightness is welded or bonded to the outer surface of a tubular resin adsorbing material constituted of a fiber and one end of the tubular resin adsorbing material is folded back outwardly to expand the end part thereof and the whole or a part of this expanded part is impregnated with an uncured liquid curable resin and this liquid curable resin is cured to form a cured flange 1B to one end of the tubular resin adsorbing material. In this case, the whole outer surface of the tubular resin adsorbing material excepting the flange 1B and the entire surface of the flange 1B or a part of the area connected to the outer surface of the tubular resin adsorbing material of the flange are coated with the plastic film 2 and the uncured liquid curable resin is infiltrated into the tubular resin adsorbing material excepting the flange 1B to obtain a branch pipe lining material having the flange 1B provided to one end thereof.
