摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label-bonding position detection device of a circumferential surface of a cylindrical body, capable of detecting the bonding position of a label stuck on the circumferential surface of the cylindrical body regardless of the quality of material, a design, a color of the label, and capable of adjusting the position and the direction of the label with high accuracy. SOLUTION: This device has a rotation mechanism 1 for rotating a cylindrical body (for example, a cylindrical battery) 2 having a label stuck on the circumferential surface, a first transmission type photoelectric sensor 3 for detecting a label-bonding level difference 2a on a cylindrical body 2 circumferential surface rotated by the rotation mechanism 1 and for outputting a signal, a second transmission type photoelectric sensor 4 for detecting the position of the rotating cylindrical body 2 and for outputting a signal, an operation circuit 5 for selecting a signal output of the label-bonding level difference 2a from the outputs of the first and the second transmission type photoelectric sensors 3, 4, an absolute-value conversion circuit 6 for converting into an absolute value the level-difference signal outputs B selected by the operation circuit 5, a determination circuit 7 for adjusting and outputting a waveform width of a level-difference signal output which is over a threshold among the level-difference signal outputs B converted into absolute values, and a rotation control circuit 8 for detecting the operation and the direction of the label-bonding level difference 2a from the output of the determination circuit 7 and for controlling the rotation mechanism 1.
