PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally check/analyze the various kinds of noise by a signal waveform based on reality considering the various kinds of the noise, to improve noise calculation accuracy, to improve noise check accuracy, to drastically shorten time required for noise check and to improve work efficiency by the man-hour reduction of a designer in noise analysis. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a model preparation part 3 for preparing the simulation model of a circuit part relating to a wiring under consideration, a simulation part 4 for calculating the signal waveform propagated through the wiring under consideration by performing simulation by using the simulation model and calculating a noise waveform superimposed on the signal waveform for the respective kinds of the noise, a noise waveform synthesis part 5 for obtaining a noise synthetic waveform by synthesizing the signal waveform and the noise waveform while considering the generation timing of the noise waveform and a noise check part 6 for checking the noise based on the noise synthetic waveform.
