PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make a lowland area by forming a flexible track raising unit having the prescribed length out of the almost flat bottom part and the almost flat top part where a height is constant and parallel to the bottom part over the total length, and arranging a series of grooves at intervals on both sides. SOLUTION: A track raising unit 10 for supporting a track of a model train in an elevated state from a board is composed of the almost flat bottom surface 16, the almost flat top surface 18 parallel to the bottom surface 16, side walls 20, 22 opposed in parallel to each other and a pair of end walls 24. A series of grooves 26 are extended alternately inward at intervals on the side walls 20, 22. The grooves 26 are formed in an almost U shape to form the opening end 28 and the closing end 30. The track raising unit 10 can be deformed in a rounded shape by these grooves 26. A width of this opening end 28 becomes a factor in deciding roundness attainable together with flexibility of a material. This constitution can make the elevated model bed road bottom for easily making a lowland area.
