PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To draw fluid such as a chemical agent, poison gas or the like from a sealed container such as an artillery shell, a bullet or the like. SOLUTION: The apparatus for drawing a fluid from a sealed container comprises a piston type hollow perforated bar 12 penetrating a sealed container wall 2 by a hitting force of a hammer 16, a combustion pressure of a propellant or a pressure of a hydraulic unit and having a hollow part for drawing the fluid from the container 2 of a structure 3 in which the hollow part communicates with a fluid outlet at a position of a hole opened at an outer wall of the container, a holder for mounting the structure 3 at the outer wall of the container. In this case, the fluid is drawn from the container 2 via the hollow part of the bar 12.
