PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag for retort which is resistant against the heat treatment along with the processing such as the retort treatment and the boiling treatment by continuously providing a boat-shaped adhesive base part to a lower part of a cylindrical mouth part to form a spout body, fixing a bag-like container body to the boat-shaped adhesive base part, and sealing an opening part of the cylindrical mouth part with a sealant. SOLUTION: A boat-shaped adhesive base part is continuously provided on a lower part of a cylindrical mouth part to form a spout body B, and a bag-like container body C is fixed to the boat-shaped adhesive base part. An opening part of the cylindrical mouth part is sealed by a sealant D. A spiral bar to be screwed with a cap is provided on the cylindrical mouth part. A soft packaging bag formed of a plastic of various mode can be used for the bag-like container body C. In addition, a lid member having a heat seal layer to seal a top surface of the opening part of the cylindrical mouth part on the inner surface side is used for the sealant D. The bag is resistant against the heat treatment along with the processing such as retort treatment and the boiling treatment.
