PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration proof mechanism for an on-vehicle equipment in which vibration absorbing function by a dumper and a elastic supporting member is fully displayed, while a manufacturing cost can be reduced, even when a space margin between a case and a mechanism unit is little. SOLUTION: A space S being a margin for movement of a shaft 14 elastically supported by a dumper 3 is formed surely between a case 11 and a driving section 12. Therefore, degradation of a vibration absorbing function of an elastic supporting member 15 can be prevented by providing the elastic supporting member 15 such as a coil spring in this space S and locking a locking part 15a of the elastic supporting member 15 to the shaft 14.
