PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable confirming music quickly. SOLUTION: Music information of 11 music and absolute time data are multiply recorded in a program region of CD-TEXT 1, and TOC information indicating a punctuating position of music and second TOC information indicating a position of a special section being an impressional part of each music are recorded in a read-in region. A disk reproducing section 2 has an optical pickup and a signal processing circuit, when the CD-TEXT 1 is loaded, the section 2 reads the TOC information and the second TOC information and output them to a controller 4. When a PLAY key is pressed after a mode is switched to a sub-mode by an operation section 3, the controller 4 controls the disk reproducing section 2 conforming to the second TOC information, and search of the leading position and reproduction from the leading position to a finish position are performed in the order of recording for each special section of a program region.
