PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacture device for a ball joint for forgedly forming a housing at high dimensional accuracy, and improving manufacturing property. SOLUTION: One end of a nearly columnar raw material is drawn by forging to form a drawing raw material provided with a handle part adopted as a connection part. The drawing raw material is forgedly formed into an intermediate molding body, having a base inner chamber for opening a base opening part, by an intermediate forging and forming device. The end surface of a nearly cylindrical sleeve is made to abut on the base opening part of the intermediate molding body by a finishing forging and forming device, and also a nearly cylindrical outer tube part is insertedly fitted and made to adhere to the outer peripheral surface on the base opening part side, to regulate flowing of metal portion. A punching pin is press fitted into the base inner chamber of the intermediate molding body, and a surplus thickness part is banked on a position other than the adhering portion by the outer tube part, to form a padding part 20, thereby forgedly forming a first housing 11. A first ball head part 23 of a first ball stud 12 together with a first bearing seat 13 are housed in the housing 11 inner side, and an opening part 14 side is caulked into a small diameter, thereby assembling and forming a first ball joint 4.
