PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot dip metal coating device capable of driving for a long time, by which the productivity of plated products is high and capable of executing plating with high quality. SOLUTION: As for a sink roll 5 and a support roll, all surfaces in contact with molten metal are coated with iron silicide layers. As for a bearing, a carbon-carbon fiber composite material is lined to a holder made of heat resistant steel. The surface of the holder is coated with an Fe3Si layer 13 similarly to the case of the sink roll 5. The Fe3Si layer 13 lines on the surface of a shaft part 11, is brought into contact with the carbon-carbon fiber composite material and is slid.
