PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electroforming die by attaching a pipe for cooling water to an electroforming shell by soldering without gap. SOLUTION: A solder 4 is set to a pipe attaching site on a rear surface of an electroforming shell 2, and a pipe 3 is placed on the solder 4. Then, heating fluid 5 is fed into the pipe 3. The solder 4 is melted by the fluid 5 to solder the pipe 3 to the shell 2. Thus, since the pipe for supplying cooling water to the rear surface of the shell can be soldered without gap, the electroforming die for performing a wide plastic molding dealing with low pressure molding to high pressure molding is obtained.
