Then, CPU 54 extracts the two luminescent point of the cornea reflex image to execute calculation with the center positions of the luminescent points as coordinates to obtain the deviation value to a proper position. After then, the moving distances of the ophthalmic examination part 3 respectively in X to Z directions are calculated to drive-control each motor 6, 8, 9 three- dimensionally driving the ophthalmic examination part. Next, in ophthalmic refraction measurement, a fixation index is moved and the reflected luminous flux of a measuring light source is photodeteced to calculate refraction power.
