PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve accelerator release shock generated at the time when the speed is shifted down to second speed by retardation due to releasing the accelerator, and kick-down shock generated at the time when the speed is shifted down to second speed by stepping on the accelerator. SOLUTION: A throttle 20 and a by-pass path 21 bypassing the throttle 20 are provided in an oil feeding path L6 for a second speed hydraulic clutch C2, and when the throttle opening is low or high, the by-pass path 21 is interrupted by an opening and closing valve 22 integrally formed in a movable member 13d which is moved in answer to the throttle opening. When the throttle opening is low or high, the throttle 20 is operated for the second speed hydraulic clutch C2 to be slowly engaged to relieve accelerator release shock and kick- down shock. |
