PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deburr a material to be cut without a sander, a grinder or the like by providing a grinding means having an annular grinding surface with a required width on the side surface of a circular saw concentrically with a shaft hole. SOLUTION: One side surface of the outer peripheral part of a small-diameter disc 2A made by a steel plate having a shaft hole with the same diameter as that of the shaft hole 3 of a circular saw body 1A in the center is provided with an annular grinding surface 8 with a required width concentrically with the shaft hole 3 to form a grinding means 2. The annular grinding surface 8 is formed by cutting grinding cloth or polishing cloth where abrasive grains are made adhere to be like a ring with a required width W (about 12 mm), the outer peripheral diameter of which is the same as the small-diameter disc OD and the inner peripheral diameter ID of which is equal to the outer diameter of a flange or a little larger and making the ring-shaped cloth adhere to one side surface of the small-diameter disc 2A. In the case where burr is caused in a material to be cut, which is separated to be a product, the burr is pressed to the annular grinding surface 8 which is rotated in a body with the circular saw body 1A provided concentrically with the shaft hole 3 with a designated width W without radial vibration to smoothly deburr and finish the product fine.
