PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently clean parts with vapor and to regenerate a solvent by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This cleaner is provided with a distillation still 2 for heating and evaporating a cleaning solvent, a cleaning tank 7 communication connected with the still through a first communicating pipe 15, a supply means for supplying the spent cleaning solvent to the still, an ejector 23 communication connected with the cleaning tank through a second communicating pipe 27 and condensing/ liquefying devices 13, 20, 22 and 21 for condensing and liquefying the solvent vapor. The inside of the cleaning tank is evacuated by the ejector 23, the inside of the still is reduced in pressure through the cleaning tank, the cleaning solvent is heated and vaporized in the pressure-reduced state in the still, the vapor of the cleaning solvent is supplied by the pressure difference caused between the still and cleaning tank and a material to be cleaned is cleaned with the vapor.
