PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of bearing washers of an impeller of a magnet pump or a direct drive pump. SOLUTION: Ceramic bearing washers 15, 16 are attached to an impeller shaft of an impeller of a magnet pump or a direct drive pump. D-shaped arcuate shaft fitting holes 17, 18 are formed on the bearing washers 15, 16 for fitting a sectional surface of an end of the impeller shaft 7 to the D-shaped arcuate journalled portions. R-shaped portions 19, 20 having arcuate sections are formed on corners on both ends of the chords of the journalled holes 17, 18, for preventing occurrence of cracking.
