PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a transmission control device for a back door and a bus for transmitting every kind of data by performing initial transmission only in the case of a specified condition by a transmission control device to control the transmission. SOLUTION: In a transmission control device C1, the existence/absence of a back floor is determined. In the case where there is a back floor, the determination of establishment of communication with a front door D1 and a back door D2 is sequentially conducted, and subsequently, the occurrence of a trouble in the door is checked. In the case where the communication with either the front door D1 or the back door D2 is not established, or when a trouble occurs, initial transmission is conducted. On the other hand, in the case where there is no back floor, when the communication with the front door D1 is not established or when a trouble of the door occurs, initial transmission is conducted. According to such control, even in the case of an elevator with two-way inlet and outlet, two input/output control devices C2, C2 can be controlled through one common bus L by one transmission control device C1.
