<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration method of sake (Japanese rice wine), raised in both efficiency and performance so as not to need to prepare two lines of filtration units. SOLUTION: This filtration method for Japanese rice wine designed to respectively filter supernatant and dregs following dregs precipitation step, has such a scheme that, after the dregs precipitation step using a relevant tank 1, the resulting supernatant and dregs separated from each other are charged successively from the tank 1 via a valve unit 2 into a filtration unit 3, with which the supernatant and dregs are subjected to filtration successively, wherein the filtration unit 3 is so constituted as to suspend a cylindrical filter element 5 precoated with a filter auxiliary 4 on its surface inside a tank 6 so as to afford a filtrate via the top end of the filter element 5.</p> |
