<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the function improvement and cost reduction of electrical conductive powder and electrical conductive ink, as material for the formation of electronic and electrical circuit pattern and electrical conductive pattern for semiconductor including solar cell. SOLUTION: An electrical conductive powder is obtained by coating the external surface of an inorganic powder with a metal layer by plating. Further the inorganic powder can be composed of base metal and the metal layer is composed of noble metal or the inorganic powder can be composed of ceramics. Moreover, an electrical conductive ink, prepared by kneading such an electrical conductive powder and an organic binder, or an electrical conducting ink, prepared by kneading at least such an electrical conductive powder, an organic binder, and a glass powder, is provided.</p> |
