PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit scheduling of a service means performing a predetermined service based on service demand from each process in a multistage process where predetermined processing is done for a workpiece. SOLUTION: Accumulated total (Ww) of wait time in each process is calculated per workpiece in an accumulated total wait time calculation part 2, and a deviation (MAX(Twi)-Twk) between a process time (Twk) in a process in which service demand is given and a maximum value [(MAX(Twi) (i=1 to n)] of process time per process is obtained for respective service demand in a wait condition in an allowance wait time calculation part 3. Furthermore, for example, a compensation value (Cwk) is input in accordance with a degree of emergency in a priority compensation value input part 4. Priority [Pk= Ww-(MAX(Twi)-Twk)+Cwk] is obtained in a priority degree calculation part 5 to select one service demand in accordance with these degrees of priority. Consequently, scheduling which gives priority to process efficiency as a whole system becomes possible. |
