<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the processing accuracy of a pair of nozzle holes for ejecting and mixing two liquids and to reduce the processing time. SOLUTION: A laser beam 2 emitted from a laser generator 3 is divided by a spectroscope 7 and each of the divided laser beams 2a, 2b is shaped by optical masks 9a, 9b, respectively. Each of the shaped laser beams 2a, 2b is collected by optical lenses 10a, 10b, respectively to be emitted on a nozzle substrate 4, then a pair of nozzle holes 2a, 2b are formed at the same time.</p> |
