PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously execute adjustment concerning a commodity eaten by a customer by facilitating the collection of used commodity plates in a sanitary way. SOLUTION: The commodity is placed on the commodity plate where an ID medium which previously records the kind and money amount of the commodity attached, in a rotary eating table and supplied onto an upper circulating carrier path 22. A lower circulating carrier path 24 is covered by a side wall 30, the used commodity plate is thrown-in from the commodity plate throw-in port 32 of the side wall 30, the used commodity plate is collected by the lower circulation carrier path 24, a reading device 28 reads ID medium data by throwing-in the used commodity plate from the throw-in port 32 and the kinds and the money amount of the commodity is calculated a collated by a computer.
