PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cleaning properties and also suppress the generation of thin fins by adding polyvinyl acetal and/or polyvinyl alcohol. SOLUTION: An amine resin composition for cleaning a mold which is used for removing smears off the surface of the mold for a curable resin molding material, contains polyvinyl acetal and/or polyvinyl alcohol(PVA). For the polyvinyl acetal, polyvinyl butyral(PVB) is used. The degree of average polymerization of PVB and/or PVA is preferably 300 or more. In addition, the PVB or the PVA can be used alone. Further the PVB and the PVB also can be used by blending them at an arbitrarily selected ratio complying with use applications. In this case, the loadings are determined considering the degree of average polymerization of PVB, the degree of acetalification and the degree of average polymerization of PVA. In addition, the content of the PVA and/or the PVA is 0.1-10 pts.wt for 100 pts.wt. of the resin composition for cleaning the mold.
