PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To agitate a necessary amount of a mixture which comprises a viscous liquid main component and subordinate components of liquid and/or powder, or the like, and is supplied automatically. SOLUTION: A mixer 9 equipped with agitation blades 9a for agitating a mixture comprising a viscous liquid main component and subordinate components of liquid and/or powder or the like, is provided, a load measuring device 8 for measuring the weight of the main component and the subordinate components in the mixer 9 is provided, the mixer 9 is fitted to the measuring device 8 attachably/detachably, a main component supply tank 3 for storing the main component to be supplied to the mixer 9 is provided, subordinate component supply tanks 4, 5 for storing the subordinate components to be supplied to the mixer 9 are provided, and a control mechanism 10 which at least controls the passages of the main component and the subordinate components on the basis of information from the measuring device 8 and the driving of the agitation blades 9a is provided.
