PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind device, in which trouble situation such as a malfunction is not generated even when the bundle of slats is constituted so as to be lifted at a larger distance. SOLUTION: The blind device has a tilting mechanism 12 tilting slats 6. The tilting mechanism 12 has a pair of connectors 113 and 114 consisting of the row of a plurality of link members 112, in which each is mutually coupled rotatably, a rocking body 11, with which each upper end of a pair of the connectors 113 and 114 is joined so as to lift and lower a pair of the connectors 113 and 114 in difference in operation, and elastic means 117 and 118 directing the folding directions of each link member 112 in each connector 113 and 114.
