PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify construction, ensure transmission of shearing force from a RC aseismatic wall to a column, and secure strength. SOLUTION: A reinforced concrete aseismatic wall 2 and a steel pipe column 1 are joined to each other by using shearing force transmitting members 4, 8 protruded on the outer face of the steel pipe column 1 and embedded in an aseismatic wall 7. The steel pipe column 1 has a thicker portion 1a. The main shearing force transmitting member 8 suffering great load in shearing force transmission out of the shearing force transmitting members 4, 8 is provided on the thicker portion 1a.
