PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure capable of doing connecting work in a good manner when a chain connected to a float valve is connected to a closet washing handle and easily adjusting the length of the chain to be a proper length. SOLUTION: In a washing tank device including a washing tank 10, a float valve 14 for opening/closing a drain port 12, a closet washing handle 16 provided with a handle lever 20 and an operating handle 18 and a chain 26, the chain 26 is hooked and fixed directly to the end of the handle lever 20, not via a hooking tool, during connection between the handle level 20 and the chain 26. The handle lever 20 is provided with a slit 48 to which the chain 26 consisting of balls is hooked and fixed.
