PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts for fixation of a light source bulb and a shade to a reflector and man hours for assembly. SOLUTION: A bulb fixing piece 22c for fixing a light source bulb 20 to an opening 18b for inserting a bulb of a reflector 18 is integrally formed with a shade 22 on a back end of an installation stay 22b of a shade 22. A ring lock portion 18d for locking a mouth ring 20a of the light source bulb 20 is formed on the opening 18b for inserting a bulb in order to simplify a structure of the bulb fixing piece 22c. Fixation of the shade 22 to the reflector 18 is ensured by pressing a U shaped folded portion 22e in an annular wall 18e of the opening 18b for inserting a bulb from behind. A detachment preventive claw formed in the U shaped folded portion 22e prevents the shade 22 from detaching. According to the above structure, no new parts is required for fixing the light source bulb 20 and the shade 22, and parts cost and man hours for assembly can be greatly reduced in comparison with the conventional structure. |
