PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject agent effectively prevented from turning into a lactam by intramolecular condensation and having excellent storage stability in the state of aqueous solution as well as solid by making the agent include an amino-substituted butanoic acid derivative and anα-amino acid. SOLUTION: The objective agent is prepared by including (A) a 4-amino-3- substituted-butanoic acid derivative of formula I (R1 is H, methyl or the like; R2 is a 3-8C alkyl, a halogen, trifluoromethyl or the like) [e.g. 1-(aminomethyl) cyclohexane-acetic acid (gabapentin) of formula II], (B) andα-amino acid (glycine, L-aspartic acid, etc.), and, as necessary, (C) an assistant for drug preparation (crystalline cellulose, lactose, mannitol, etc.). The amount of the component B is preferably 0.005-80 mol for liquid preparation and 0.001-80 mol for solid preparation based on 1 mol of the component A. |
