PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker equipment for a video audio equipment whose acoustic characteristics are easily adjusted. SOLUTION: The speaker equipment consists of a speaker case 9a, a circular opening 10 provided to the case 9a, a bass reflex port 7a of a hollow cylinder mounted to the opening 10, and a lock means consisting of a mount projection plate 13 provided to the bass reflex port 7a to mount the hollow cylinder bass reflex port 7a to the circular opening 10 and a mount plate 14 provided to the speaker case 9a, then the acoustic characteristic is easily adjusted by revising the bass reflex port 7a.
