PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent the protruding of an adhesive and to well carry out the inspection thereof by forming a flange for fixation of a center core member of a plane part for adhesion to a magnetic recording medium and an outer peripheral sloping part bent in a direction parting from the surface of the magnetic recording medium on its outer periphery. SOLUTION: The flange 5 for fixation is disposed at the plane part 5a for adhesion having the inner peripheral side portion forming a parallel surface with an engaging part 4 and is fixed to the non-recording region in the inner peripheral part of the magnetic recording medium 2 by the adhesive 7. The outer peripheral part of the plane part 5a for adhesion is disposed in the outer peripheral sloping part 5b bent in the direction parting from the surface of the magnetic recording medium 2. Even if the adhesion 7 protrudes to the outer peripheral sloping part 5b from the plane part 5a for adhesion at the time of application of the adhesive 7 to the plane part 5a for adhesion of the flange 5 for fixation and at the time of pressing adhesion to the magnetic recording medium 2, the trouble by the influence of the protrusion of the adhesive 7 does not occur any more and the inspection thereof may be easily carried out.
