PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain composite concrete blocks combined with sintered compact and a composite concrete structural product, having such advantages as to have mechanical strength enough to secure the protection of face of slope and shore protection, have water permeability, air permeability and water holding ability each similar to that of soil aggregate structure, enable the protection and clean-up of the natural environment through plantation, and be usable as a greened sound-proof wall doubling as sound insulation wall as well. SOLUTION: This composite concrete block or composite concrete structure is obtained by integrating concrete blocks or a concrete structure with a sintered compact which is obtained by partially binding granular aggregates each 1.5-10.0 mm in size having pores each 0.1-500μm in size through porous crystallized glass having open pores each 10-100μm or so in size; besides, the sintered compact has the following characteristics: there are open voids each 100-5,000μm in size among the granular aggregates, effective water retention is 50-150 L/m3 determined by soil pF test water permeability is 10-3 to 10-1 cm/s, and porosity is 30-60%.
