PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform installing work by forming one of the leg part in a coaxial line shape with the foot stepping part, and bending/forming the other leg part in the inverse direction of the grip part formed on the side surface of the foot stepping part. SOLUTION: A hole 11 of a degree capable of inserting the leg part 3 formed in a coaxial line shape with the foot stepping part 2 is bored in a concrete wall 10, and a hole 12 slightly wider by the extent of bending/forming the leg part 4 on the outside is bored in the concrete wall 10. Since the leg part 4 is also reliably housed in the hole 12 by pushing the leg part 4 side foot stepping part 2 forward while inserting the tip of the leg part 3 into the hole 11, installing work of a foot hooking tool in a manhole is completed by blocking up the space part in the holes 11, 12 bored in the state by an adhesive and mortar. Thus, boring of the holes for embedding both leg parts to be fixed to the manhole can be reduced and narrowed as much as possible, and both leg parts can also be simply and easily inserted into the holes, so that installing work of the foot hooking tool in the manhole can be easily performed.
