PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the body width as much as possible while simplifying and lightening the body frame front portion in a front arm type front wheel suspension system. SOLUTION: A front portion of a body frame 5 is made substantially triangular pyramid shaped by a down frame 7 arranged following the body center forward of a cylinder portion 14 and a center frame 8 arranged left and right at the rear of the cylinder portion 14. An upper end of a front fork 2 which supports a front wheel 1 is rotatably supported by an upper joint A via a steering head 4 at an upper side holder portion 6a which is the topmost portion thereof. The mid portion of the front fork 2 is rotatably connected to a front end portion of a front arm 18 by a lower joint B. The front arm 18 extends rearward of the cylinder portion 14 along the sides of the down frame 7 and the cylinder portion 14, where it is rotatably connected to the upper portion of a crankcase 15. Further, the rear end portion is connected to the upper end portion of a shock absorber 19 disposed to the rear of the crankcase 15.
