<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To induce a user to enter the recording information of recording mediums and increase the rate of its effective use, by providing blanks having at least one of many kinds of characters for displaying the recording information of the recording mediums and by providing each segment of a segment display character with a distinctive tone difference between its ground and itself. SOLUTION: A front cover part 16 has an entry part 20 for entering music tiles and recording times on. The entry part 20 has title entry blanks 24 below the title 18a of a heading part 18, and time display blanks 26 below the time 1 8b of the heading part 18. When a user uses the time display blanks 26, the user fills the unnecessary segments 28b of the segments 28a of each seven- segment display character with black by means of a writing implement such as a pencil, ball-point pen, or felt-tipped pen so that the four seven-segment display characters 28 in each time display blank form requested numbers, thereby displaying the requested numbers. Therefore, it can make entering on the index card 10 fun and promote the effective use of it.</p> |
