PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finish a repairing member extending flat plate parts to both ends of a split cylindrical body by one treatment by electromagnetic induction heating at one time from above and below including the flat plate parts. SOLUTION: Coils 13 of flat plate parts 12 are arranged at positions where a pair of cover members 10a, 10b does not face against each other when they are arranged facing against each other on an induction coil device for fusion having a cover member 10 having a split cylindrical curved part 11 and the flat plate parts 12 extended in the diametrical direction from both ends of the curved part and the coils 13 arranged along a pair of the cover members 10a, 10b arranged against each other and an inner surface of the curved part 11 of a pair of the cover members 10 and the flat plate parts 12.
