PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hopper apparatus for smoothing an upper surface of concrete charged in a form after the concrete is charged in the form. SOLUTION: This hopper apparatus comprises a hopper mechanism 1, a vertically moving mechanism for disposing the mechanism 1 at a predetermined height, a rotating mechanism 11 for rotating the charged part 4 of the mechanism 1 to a predetermined angle, and a longitudinally moving mechanism 21 for longitudinally moving the part 4 in a predetermined range, thereby charging concrete from the part 4 in a form. In this case, a smoothing member 31 suspended in a predetermined height from a lower end of the part 4 is provided at the end of the part 4.
