CHARGING AND TRACING METHOD FOR RAW TEA LEAF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for the charging and tracing of raw tea leaves to enable accurate determination of additionally charging position without using an assisting device such as a proximity switch to measure the moving distance of a transfer conveyor. SOLUTION: This process for the charging and tracing of raw tea leaves comprises the detection of the end position of the former charging process based on the difference of the heaped height of raw tea leaves A between the charged part and the non-charged part near the end position of the former charging process in the additional charging of raw tea leaves A into a raw tea leaf container 1 having varied stock position e.g. for the discharge of the leaves to the following process and the determination of the additionally charging position based on the detected position.
