PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate processing work when a line drawing which is laid out is line drawing-processed. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a display means, a processing mode switch means, a processing area indication means and a display control means. The display means displays a line drawing to which arrangement information is added by the execution of a layout mode in accordance with arrangement information. The processing mode switch means changes over a processing mode to a line drawing processing mode. The processing area indication means indicates an area to be line drawing-processed to the line drawing displayed on the display means. The display control means displays the line drawing containing the area indicated by the area indication means on the display means in accordance with arrangement information after switching to the line drawing processing mode and displays the picture processed during the execution of the line drawing processing mode in accordance with arrangement information.
