PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a passenger from missing boarding by temporarily making effective a door reopen function of an elevator by a hall call button in the case where a car internal load value is a designated value or more when the elevator arrives at a hall call floor in response to a car call. SOLUTION: This group supervisory operation control device 2 determines whether a car 4 services for a hall call or not, and determines whether a car call for the floor is made for the car 4 in the case of the hall call service. The car internal load value when the serviced car 4 arrives is detected, and in the case where the car internal load value is a designated value or more, it is further determined whether the car 4 completes closing a door or not. In the case where door closing is not completed, a reopen function by a hall call button 6 is temporarily made effective. Thus, even in the case where the alighting persons take much time for alighting due to crowdedness of the car 4, the boarding persons will not miss boarding. |
