<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handy space-saving type imaging plate X-ray diffraction device, which expands a 2θmeasuring range, and can be operated with high speed and high resolution. SOLUTION: An imaging plate X-ray diffraction device is provided with an X-ray measuring device which is provide with an X-ray optical series 5 and a goniometer 1, and causes a set monocrystal sample 3 to generate X-ray diffraction, a cylindrical imaging plate 21 which is disposed in the vertical direction so as to store the X-ray diffraction lines from the sample 3, and covers a 2θmeasuring range of -60 deg. to +144 deg., a driving-motor 11 which moves this cylindrical imaging plate 21 in the vertical direction, a transmission mechanism part 12, and a rotating type reader 20 which is arranged coaxially with the moved cylindrical imaging plate 21, and reads X-ray diffraction line data of inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical imaging plate 21.</p> |
