PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relating degree calculation device capable of obtaining a relating degree considering co-occurrence relation while suppressing the increase of processing burdens. SOLUTION: This relating degree calculation device for calculating the relating degree of the two pieces of document information to each other by paying attention to plural attributes designated by one of document information is provided with a partial relating degree evaluation means 111 for evaluating a partial relating degree for indicating the relating degree of the two pieces of the document information as for the respective plural attributes, an integration means 112 for integrating evaluation values obtained as of the respective attributes, a detection means 113 for detecting the combination of the attributes included in common in the other piece of the document information from among the plural attributes and a contribution part addition means 114 for adding a prescribed constant to an integrated result by the integration means 112 as the contribution part of the relating degree by co-occurrence relation as for the respective combinations of the plural attributes detected by the detection means 113.
