PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly move a corrugating roll unit between first and second reference surfaces to which required difference in level is set without performing the construction of a floor surface. SOLUTION: In a corrugating roll unit 14, first and second corrugating rolls 16, 17 are supported between a pair of sub-frames 15A, 15B in a freely rotatable manner. First and second support means 25, 26 are arranged to the sub-frame 15A on a drive side and a third moving support means 27 is arranged to the sub-frame 15B on an operation side. The second moving support means 26 is constituted so as to be capable of getting on and off between a machine base 10 and a factory floor surface GL having difference in level and held to the support position supporting the corrugated roll unit 14 in a movable manner by a position holding means 28.
