PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of unable to insert a rigid leading wire through holding holes of spanning stages with each other when the spanning stages can not be installed horizontally, since there is an unevenness in the installing positions of the spanning stages, or when axis lines of the installed spanning stages do not fall in line with each other even if the installing positions are at a level. SOLUTION: This device for preventing flying in of birds, is provided by respectively holding a non-insulated high voltage conductor 4 having a differential electric voltage and an ground connecting conductor 5 at a spanning stage 3 having a constant thickness in an axis line direction of a holding hole 31, forming a pair of holding holes 31 for constantly keeping relative positions as a shape of facing truncated cones each having a large diameter at both surface sides and a small diameter at the middle part of the spanning stages 3, fixing plural spanning stages 3 formed with a fixing tool-inserting hole 32 from an upward direction to the holding hole 31 through bases 2 at prescribed positions, respectively holding by inserting the non-insulated high voltage conductor 4 having the differential electric voltage and the ground connecting conductor 5 at the pair of holding holes 31 and fixing both of the conductors 4, 5 by inserting a fixing tool 6 into the fixing tool-inserting hole 32.
