PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively ensure comfortableness on a machine regardless of a magnitude of a load in a bucket. SOLUTION: In a variable ride control device mitigating an impulse to a machine, an accumulator device 32 in which a value of set pressure is variable is selectively connected to an actuator device 16 from a directional control valve 24. Furthermore, a valve system 34 which selectively connects the accumulator device 32 to the actuator device 16 and a tank 23 is arranged thereamong.
